Hi:

 

According to the specs for that model PC, it did not come with W10 from the factory (see page 3 for the list of operating systems that HP installed on that model).

So, that means the PC was probably upgraded to W10 from one of those other operating systems, and you should be able to make your own W10 reinstallation media by using the W10 Media Creation Tool at the link below.

When you install W10 you will have two options:  Enter a product key and I don't have a product key.

 

You select the I don't have a product key option and windows 10 will install and automatically reactivate if the PC had been succesfully previously activated when it was originally upgraded to W10.
