i am unable to install windows 10

HP Recommended
pavilion 14n-231tu
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

whenever i try to install it then it says that use a disk that says 64 bit .

 

but bought 3 cd's

i think i's my laptop's problem

Thanks for the post. 

 

I understand that you are unable to use the recovery kit to perform recovery on your computer.

Don't worry, I will be glad to help.

Have you changed the configuration of your computer?

May I know what is mentioned on the recovery discs?

Were the recovery kit created on the same computer?

 

Please reset the BIOS to factory defaults.

Turn off the computer.

Turn the computer On and keep tapping F10 on startup repeatedly to enter BIOS. 

Refer to this HP Article for assistance.

Also, disable legacy boot and enable secure boot and check. Click here for assistance.
