I insert the first recovery disk into CD-rom and restart my laptop, but can not recognized it but into win 7 automatically. would you mind telling me how to use my recovery disks to reinstall the win 7 system when the old one is not broken totally?

Hi,

Probably you have to go to BIOS and config the machine to boot from CD/DVD ROM. Please follow instructions from HP:
