iTunes for HP Mini 110-1131DX (Windows 7 Starter 32-bit)

HP Recommended

I have tried to install iTunes for my cousins new HP Mini and have been getting an error saying Windows doesn't recognize the publisher and the certificate is invalid.  The only thing that came to mind when checking the iTunes requirements was the screen resolution size.  The maximum size for the HP Mini is smaller than the required size, but I am not aware if this would cause the error.  I am not very knowledgable with Windows 7, but would appreciate any help trying to get iTunes setup for her iPod.  Thank you.

@VICKY13697,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you wanted the older version of iTunes for HP Mini 110-1131DX PC.

This issue has occurred because the older version of iTunes is not available anymore. The new version of iTunes will not support this computer. Hence it cannot be downloaded and installed on this computer.

You may check the system requirements from the link: http://www.apple.com/ph/itunes/download/

You have a good day ahead.
