impossibile accedere alle proprietà di stampa. Tutti i documeni, in qualsiasi formato, si chiudono.

Buongiorno,

Good morning,
I can not access the print properties. For example, if I want to run a single black-and-white, and so I go on "Paper and Quality" printing stops and then also closes the document I intended to print.
If I go to "Lyout" I get this message:

'Address 0x704b9fb6 function caused a protection fault (exception code 0xc0000005) "

As I work with PC and printer HP 6950, I want to fix it as soon as possible .. it is about a week that are in this state.
I installed and run HPPSdr for the resolution, but nothing. I canceled the print queues, but nothing.

I thank you already now for your support.
