issue of damage speakers

hi...

       myself kuldeep kumar from gurgaon(haryana)  india. i am using my compaq notebook 610 series. before a month ago laptop speakers are damaged & hp service center told me that they are not changed my speakers due to using VLC Media Player ....the engg. says we are giving u in the written also. my laptop is under warrenty. if there is any rule which tells the customer,"they do not use vlc media player in hp or compaq laptops".

no they will replace contact HP Officials and ask official litter from them for VLC damages speakers.... and complaint on HP to vlc also complaint to HP higher people
