HP 250 g1 NOTEBOOK
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

please can HP tech support help - nearly all bottom row keys are not working and this is soooooo frustrating having to use onscreen keyboard

would really appreciate your help

Sorry, there's only so much we can do on a forum. We are NOT HP Tech Support; only a bunch of volunteers trying to help folks solve problems with their HP PCs.

 

Suggest you follow these directions to troubleshoot the keyboard:  Notebook Keyboard Troubleshooting (Windows 10, 😎 | HP® Customer Support

 

Then, you will need to contact HP Customer Support to have them put you in touch with HP Tech Support.

 

If you live in the US or Canada, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/phone-assist.html#section1

If you live elsewhere, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html

NOTE: After you get through, stay on the line until you are finally able to talk to some one -- it can take a while!

(However, HP Customer Support is generally not available on weekends)
