logon password wont work after HP BIOS update

After doing a BIOS update from HP I now cannot log on to computer with password.

logon password wont work after HP BIOS update

I can’t log on my HP laptop after I updated the bios and same with my Microsoft account too. Both passwords can’t be log on. Please I need your help and I don’t want to loose any of my data and the new os I just updated.
