I freshly installed win7 64bit on my Envy 14 Spectre, and I have a missing driver...
the hardware id says USB\VID_04CC&PID_2533&REV_0100
and the device description reads PN533
i don't know if this has anything to do with audio? (since its a beats audio laptop??)
can you guys please help me with this? I don't know what driver this is?

I have tried that, it didnt find it.
however i have checked the USB/VID hardware description and it seems it is the webcam software? though i am not entirely sure.
anyone know where i can find the cyberlink or mediasmart video software for this model?

No download for Cyberlink or MediaSmart on your page.Try this Cyberlink from another Envy support page:

I had the same issue and found the following link on an HP website:
The driver installed from this link solved my problem.
