Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So i restarted my hp compaq 8000 and when i was setting up the pc my mouse and keyboard didnt work. The cursor wasnt displayed and the keyboard just didnt work either. please help me!!!

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

 

I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Compaq 8000 Elite PC mouse and keyboard is not working correctly. I apologize for the Inconvenience. 

 

I have a few recommendations 

  • Try with alternate Keyboard and Mouse if it works.
  • Check with different USB ports on the PC.
