my hp envy laptop shuts off after a few minutes

Example: HP Envy sleekbook m6
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my hp envy sleek notebook laptop shuts off after a 2 minutes. The laptop is 3 years old. The battery life is bad, but this occurs even when the laptop is plugged into a socket.

I understand that your HP Envy Notebook is shutting off after a few minutes. I am happy to look into this for you!
