my hp stream notebook won't turn on. i can't access the batrry

Stream notebook
I can't restart my notebook stream. It is charged (well the charging light is orange?). Any thoughts? We only purchased this in January

How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?
Is the Windows Version on My Computer 32-bit or 64-bit?
