Hey @Cariocario,

I understand you're having issues with your HP notebook randomly restarting. I would like to help however, I do need to know the model of the notebook. If you're unsure how to find that, follow this guide: HP Notebook PCs - How Do I Find My Model Number, Serial Number or Product Number?

In the meantime, follow this guide to troubleshoot: HP PCs - The Computer Restarts Unexpectedly (Windows 10, 😎

Hope this helps. If it does, let me know by hitting that Thumbs Up and Accepting as Solution.

TechSurge is not in the office. I will continue to follow up your case.

It seems like you have a problem using the HDMI connection to connect to a second monitor.

Here is a document may help: HP Notebook PCs - Connecting a Monitor, Projector, or TV (Windows 10, 😎. Check the settings of the display properties, or it might be some connection issue with the ports or cables.
