my new laptop is not detecting the usb for os installation

i bought new hp 15D009TU laptop. I wanna install win7 in it. I have OS setup is in USB but my laptop is not detecting my

 

pendrive... plz solve this at the earliest...Woman Sad

Hi,

 

Install the Chipset driver on the following link.

 

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp66001-66500/sp66210.exe

 

Reboot the notebook, then install the usb 3.0 driver below.

 

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp66001-66500/sp66211.exe

Hi,

 

Shut down the notebook.  Tap away at the esc key as soon as you start the notebook to enter the Start-up Menu, then select f10 to enter the Bios Menu.   Use the arrow keys to select System Configuration, select Boot Options and hit enter.

 

You need to set Secure Boot to Disabled and Legacy Support to Enabled.

 

Then press f10, select to Save the changes and hit enter.

 

Next, you may get an on-screen prompt to enter a 4 digit number displayed on the screen - do so and hit enter.

 

You should now be able to boot from the flash drive via the boot options menu ( f9 ) at start-up.

Thanx for the replay....

 

however i install OS in laptop but still USB in not detecting in my OS... There is no such drivers for USB in the drivers page..

 

can you tell me the problem...!!!
