Hey @adolf2,

I would be happy to help in sorting out this power off issue.

To better assist you I do need to know the model number of the notebook. If you don't know how to find the model number, this guide will explain it: HP Notebook PCs - How Do I Find My Model Number, Serial Number or Product Number?

Cheers,

Hey @adolf2

I hate to be a pain, but could you check again? TPN-Q130 is the part number for the battery, not the notebooks model number.
