my wifi not connecting unless it is charged

If the signal is dropping when the notebook is running on battery, the "performance" setting can be adjusted to provide a stronger signal.

 

Windows key + X > O (Opens the Power Options) >

Select (your) Power plan and > Click Change Plan Settings >

Change advanced power Settings >

Scroll down and Open Wireless Adapter Settings >

Click Power Saving Mode >>

Adjust Power settings for On battery and for Plugged in Options  (maximum performance)
