Hello @Rassendy

Thank you for posting on the HP Forums.

To get your issue more exposure I would suggest posting it in the commercial forums since the Elitebook 8560w is a commercial product. You can do this here: Notebook - HP ProBook, EliteBook, Compaq, Slate/Tablet PC, Armada, LTE

The support page for your product may be helpful in the meantime: HP EliteBook 8560w Mobile Workstation

I hope this helps!

Rassendy.

1. Contact HP.

 http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html?jumpid=reg_r1002_usen_c-001_title_r0003

2. Or look at this link.

 http://forums.mydigitallife.info/threads/49497-HP-Probook-Elitebook-BIOS-Password-Reset-Utility

Mazzif’s program will detect your UUID, Serial Number and model number then use that information to produce an .exe file to clear the password.

If you find it to be too technical then.

3. Replace the BIOS chip.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/HP-Elitebook-8460p-8460w-8560p-8560w-8760w-2560p-2760p-Bios-Chip-No-Password...

If you have good soldering skills order the BIOS chip. You will receive a picture of the chips location after purchase.
