HP Recommended
Example: HP
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop is HP running Windows 10.

My laptop crashed recently and was restored. But I have no sound, there is a red X by the sound icon.

Tab over sound icon reads   No speaker or headphones are pluged in.

PLease advise.
