pavilion dm4 1003 tx random frezzes

i bought a hp pavilion dm4 1003 tx just two weeks back. it has got a severe problem where in the lap just frezees just after about half hour of usage. i am not able to shut it down even. i have to remove the battery and then unplug the power cable to shut it down. then it wont start again wont even detect the power chord for at least five miniutes(even after dry boot), and when it does start it again has the same problem freezes after about half an hour. tried to do hp memory and hard disk tests the extensive test was never completed as it again freezed in middle of the test. i am not able to figure it out what might be the problem. kindly help me

can somone please look into this problem as i am not able to figure out whats worng.

i already have nut there response has been very bad. was told that service enggineer will visit me in two days but no one has contacted me since. i have twice talked to them and they keep telling me the same thing but nothing has been done. i am fed up with hp. there service is just worst.
