Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop is showing plugged in ,not charging. Do i need to replace the battery

1. Click on the Start Button
2. Type "Device Manager" in the start search box & open  Device Manager
3. Look for Batteries and expand it by clicking the +
4. Right Click on "Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery" & Uninstall
5. Shutdown the Notebook
6. Remove the Battery and unplug the Power Adapter
7. Press and Hold the Power Button for 20-30 seconds
8. Reinstall the Battery and connect the Power Adapter
9. Power on and check status

Allready did this twice..but it's not helping.

Have you run the battery test in HP Support Assistant?
