power on password

pavilion g series
When i switch on my lappy it asks the admin password and i tried three times then it shows the system is disabled and the code is 68189185. Plz help.

Product Name: pavilion g series
Now it says:
BOOTMGR is compressed
Press Ctrl + Alt + Del to restart. After taking the action, again it says the same. Help me plz.

You're very welcome.

 

Unfortunately, I don't know what that error means.

 

You may have to factory reset the PC or the hard drive may have failed.

 

I suggest you start a new thread.
