problem whit my disquedur

I use the computer normally goes out alone
When you are running the message says must be re-Format Device
But when I'm doing Alformat this message appears,

I did the format whit Cle USB but the same problem

Is the problem with an internal or external  DVD drive, hard drive or a USB flash drive? 

 

Please identify your notebook/pc .

Look at the base/rear/side of the notebook/pc at the barcoded sticker.


Post items numbered 1 and 2 on the following image. Your barcode sticker may be slightly different but will still have the important imformation needed for us to help you.

Post the installed operating system version ( and whether it is 32 or 64-bit ) and whether the CPU is an AMD or Intel product

If you don't have a webcam and you try to install the Cyberlink webcam software you will always get that error message.
