Hi,

If you need you factory reset, you have to order HP recovery USB specific to your model directly from HP in your region:
https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/bph07143

Contact HP: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-phone-assist.html

Recovery: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04758961#AbT4

Specs: https://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/c04719506

Alternatively, If you've already upgraded and successfully activated to Windows 10 previously,
You could do a clean install of Windows 10 Home 64 bit, by creating UEFI bootable Windows installation USB using Microsoft windows media creation tool:
https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-clean-install-windows-10-a.html

Windows will be automatically activated after installation while connected to internet

Additional drivers from here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-stream-11-d000-notebook-pc/7372144/model/8254983
