Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

hi i dont think iv registerd properly i try to enter registration and i get this Service Error This is a valid log in @ HP but is not complete to log in to the store. Please click on registration button and complete your profile help please.

Thanks when i reset my laptop i just rushed regerstration i just wanted to go back and fill in my details properly as you can see everything got complacated i reset my stream due to windows update error 0x80070490 iv still got it.
