Hello @justinbeech3866

Thank you for posting in the HP Support forum. Welcome !

If F11 does not work and if the PC originally had Windows preinstalled, you will need to purchase HP Recovery discs for your PC model and use them to install Windows and restote the computer to factory default condition.

If the PC never had Windows preinstalled, you will need to use your own Windows installation media and a Wndows license.

Can you post your full product model and product number (PN) >> http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00033108

This seems to be an old model and I couldn't find a specific recovery media to be used with this model.

Since the model is old, HP also does not provide recovery media for this model. If there is no recovery media at HP, you may try to contact

http://www.best2serve.com/page/rcd_landing   OR   http://www.computersurgeons.com/

to see if they can offer you such recovery media

Do you have a COA sticker of Windows 7 attached to the PC - here is an example.
