Hi,
Can you check that the failure id 9U5P3D-5GE818-XD014J-CODF03 is correct.

Hi,
My guess at the moment is that the HDD is failing and that would be consistent with the issues you describe, however the error code fails it's integrated integrity check ( a checksum to ensure the code is valid ), so I'd like to be certain before suggesting a course of action.
Instead of the Run In test, try running the available Hard Drive tests as follows.
Shut down the notebook.
Tap away at the esc key as you start the notebook to enter the Start-up Menu. Select the Diagnostic Menu option ( f2 ) and run the tests on the Hard Drive.
Post back with the results, including any error code that may be generated.

Hi,
Well at least it's produced a slightly different code ( 9U5P3D-5GE81B-XD014J-C0CM03 ) which does resolve, but I'm not sure this is really related to the issue you describe - it relates to a battery error which indicates that the battery has fallen below 25% of its original storage capacity.
Try the following and let me know.
Shut down the notebook, unplug the AC Adapter, remove the battery, and then hold down the Power button for 30 seconds.
Plug in the AC Adapter ( leave the battery out for now ) and start the notebook - do you still .get the same 'freezing' issues.
