CTRL+Alt+UP Arrow should work if that doesn't work try CTRL+ALT+Down Arrow.

If you have intel graphics card...here is the key combo...

  • Ctrl + Alt + Right Arrow for Rotate To 270 Degrees
  • Ctrl + Alt + Down Arrow for  Rotate To 180 Degrees
  • Ctrl + Alt + Left Arrow for  Rotate To 90 Degrees
  • Ctrl + Alt + Up Arrow for Rotate To Normal
