I really do not know what I should do with this information which you posted.
Could you write what kind of problem you have with as many details as you can?
Example:
If you see any error on the screen please put this information in the next reply just like it is showed without adding or omitting words.

screen says: www.hp.com/go/techcenter/startup and its not allowing me to do anything. It tested everything and the results were OK but it contiously says 'Windows is loading files.... and does not stop. How can I fix it? RB
