scrolling option doesnt work

probook 45 G2
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

i have installed windows 7 home basic 64 bit.now the scroll option which will be done by two fingures is not work.i installed mouse drive from hp ofsficial website.still doesnt work.plz help

Dear Customer,

 

Please try installing the Synaptics Mouse Drivers from the below link:

NOTE: If already installed try uninstalling and reinstalling.

scrolling option doesnt work

Dear Customer,

 

Please try to Right Click on the SP71606 and RUN as Administrator.

Try to restore BIOS Defaults and try installing the same SP71606.
