shortcut keys not working

hp 15-g009ax
Windows 7

respected sir/madam,

i have encountered a problem with my shortcut funtion like fn+f3 and fn+f8 etc...they are not working and not responding and i have installed windows a day back.

i cannot increase or decrease my volume and brightness with these keys.

i am using windows 7 64bit.

laptop -hp 15-g009ax.

can u suggest me the solution please.
