silicon ball is stocked in headphone jockey. what should i do ?

hey i have pavillion g6-1301tx notebook. the silicon ball is stocked in my notebook headphone jockey. so i am unable to use headphon. please i want online support. so please help.

Hi, just trying to clarify, you have a silicon ball stuck in your headphone jack?

Is that right?

Do you know how it got there?

Have you looked at the Service & Maintenance guide for your unit, if you want to do the repair yourself this has the instructions for how to disassemble your unit
