Does anyone else want to set their stream computers on fire?

 

I tried to write to customer support and the internet stopped working 4 times causing the computer to crash. Apparently opening a word document and a internet tab is too much for this computer

I came across your post about the performance issue, and wanted to help!  I understand that are having trouble when opening multiple tabs.

 

To start, can you provide me with the Product Number and Operating System of the notebook?  You can use the links below to assist you with that inforamtion:

Which Windows operating system am I running?

 

In the meantime, do you know if the issue is directly related to the WiFi, or is it performance based?  Try reviewing the following documents that is related to your Operating System, and let me know how it goes:
