Hi KK-Nicole,

You can use your Webcam "by itself and off-line"

Your webcam software is either YouCam or MediaSmart depending on your computer...

Start > search / type "youcam" or "mediasmart" >

Select "YouCam" or "MediaSmart WebCam"

Here is a Help Document on all things Webcam:

Fixing Webcam Problems in Windows 7

Ignore that "Problems" bit in the document title - the doc will tell you about how to test the software and a little bit about how to use it.  Essentially, open it up and play with it.  You can take pictures and videos and store them right in your account.

Have Fun!

It is my pleasure to assist.
