touchpad not working while holding buttons

HP notebook
Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

i have problem, i have new computer (bought it few days ago) and i cant use my touchpad while holding any button(in any program.

its  not virus i didnt download anything, please help. Maybe i have to download drivers or something like that?

Welcome to the HP Support Forums! It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel. I understand you are having an issue with using the touchpad and keyboard at the same time. I will be glad to help you.

 

If is a function of the touchpad. So that you do not move the cursor when typing.  If you are playing a game and need to move the cursor and work the keyboard, HP suggests using a USB mouse.
