unable to update my laptop drivers

Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

Sounds like you're trying to use the function to automatically search for and download drivers for your laptop.  That does not always work properly.

Instead, you can find the drivers you need using this link: http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Operating-System-and-Recovery/unable-to-update-my-laptop-drive...

Good Luck
