upgrade my notebook

00196-075-857-279
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When I look at programs its 5 times grater then normal and microsoft asking for upgrade to 1600*900 and what version of program I have.

This 5 times make it difficult to see all and sometimes I can´t look out the display is too wide, so I need upgrade, can HP fix that??

1. What is the model/product of your computer ?  The nuber about is for Windows. Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

2. What is/are program(s) you are using ? Have you tried to hold down CTRL key and hit - (minus sign) few rimes yet ?
