Hi Shavam17,

You could try, the following 2 methods:

Spoiler
METHOD 1 -

Run Microsoft FixIT available at the following link.

Hardware devices are not working or are not detected in Windows: http://support.microsoft.com/mats/hardware_device_problems/

METHOD 2 -

Check the status of the Web Camera in Device Manager.

If you find any error next to display adapter let us reinstall their drivers.

To open Device Manager

  1. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, then tap Search.
(If you're using a mouse, point to the bottom-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, then click Search.)

  2. Enter Device Manager in the search box, and tap or click Device Manager. Administrator permission required You might be asked for an admin password or to confirm your choice.

Double-tap or double-click a device category to expand it. If there's a yellow warning icon Yellow warning icon that shows there might be a device problem on the name of a device, there might be a problem with it. Tap or click the device, tap or click Action, and then tap or click Properties to see details about that device.

3.  Expand Imaging Devices, Web Camera should be listed under it.

If you see any yellow color exclamation, of red color update the drivers.

Yours faithfully,

Ryan
