wiindows 10 to windows 7

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi  I have  just purchased  the above     used   laptop   the lady   selling it for her late husband   didnt  know much about it,    she showed me a photo   ,  and  it  was supposed to be windows  7,  but when  I   turned it on  it was windows 10  possibly an  upgrade,   now I dont like windows  10  or 8   so I want to know   how to  revert back to windows 7,  I have  phoned   her and she does not have any  re install  discs,  can  you assist please

Not odd at all considering this is an HP Forum. Acer has a similar forum on their website. Did you meant to post there? What is the connection of an HP product to your question?

in  the pipe line   maybe ?????     anyway   the situation  has been  averted ,   its  being returned  I prefer  HP
