HP TouchSmart tm2-2150ca Noteb
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

my pc is   HP TouchSmart tm2-2150ca Notebook PC       with win7.   tried to upgrade to win 10  but failed.   ideas?   Thanks!

Do you know what is the error message ? No error message we or Microsoft won't be able to help.

Thank you so much, BH.  I saw that post about the error code but did not follow it strictly. win10 was downloaded to a usb.  I'll try to follow it strictly and see what happens.
