how can I install back window 7 os on hp stream 11 notebook.

Install back?  The Stream 11 originally came with Windows 8.1 with Bing and then later Windows 10.  You could possibly install Windows 7 but there would probably not be drivers available for all of the devices if that is what you are asking.
