Do you have your COA sticker attached to your PC ? Is the Windows lic key reable ?
Unfortunately, this model is very old now. I search all the databases I am aware of but couldn't find original HP Recovery media for you. There might be some other solution (way) to get this fixed which requires additional steps but still will allow you reinstall Windows. The solution is unofficial (therefore, no success guarantee) but you might still want to give it a try. So, do you have your COA sticker attached to your PC ? Is the Windows lic key reable ?
