windows product key not getting

im try to install windows 7 .c drive formated then how can i reinstall & activate windows10

Sorry, but I'm having trouble understanding what problem you're trying to solve.

 

IF your PC came with Win7 preinstalled, then you would have to reinstall that using HP Recovery Media -- either disks you made yourself after you bought the PC, or disks you ordered from HP.  Any other media, while it might install, is NOT going to activate because that media will not accept the HP OEM product key for activation.

 

If you're then planning to Upgrade to Win10, you need to have Win7 activated first; otherwise, the Upgrade will not work and will not activate.

 

So, what is it really you are trying to do?
