Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Aquick check gave the following hard driiwhere to go nexs or ve failure 9GBQHV-80H8LM-GXGJLK-60DT03. i have no idea what this is or where to go next. anyone got a clue? thanks

Hi,

This means your hard drive has failed or is failing and needs to be replaced. If the PC is under warranty get in contact with HP for replacement (free) otherwise you can replace yourself or a trusted technician.

You will need a new 2.5" hard drive, you can opt for SSD which will greatly improve performance. You will also need to reinstall the OS either with HP recovery disks or performing a clean install of Windows 10 by downloading and creating  bootable pendrive or iso from Microsoft (no activation needed)
