The Touchpad is HP "abandonware".  There is no support or update available from HP.  If you were tech savvy, it is possible to update the operating system, or install Android onto it.  I have Android installed on my two Touchpads, and it actually works, though it is slow and clunky.  https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Palm-and-WebOS/My-device-is-not-working/td-p/6454535

But the version of Android that can be installed is also old.  Honestly, these options are more for amusement purposes than for actual usability.  And in any event, the Touchpad never ran any version of Windows so I'm not exactly sure what you mean there.

You are best served by ditching your Touchpad and buying a current tablet with a current operating system.
