Is it still possible to connect the tx to wifi routers in our day and age? I have downloaded the update but selecting personal>wpa=psk, entered key, but  does not work. My router is WPA2-PSK [AES] but has b g n compatibility.

It is time to use your new router's manual.

Access the router's web Graphical User Interface (GUI) and setup the password for the security protocol you desire to  use.

It must be one the router and your notebook are compatible.

It is plain and simple. New router, new setup.y

As long as you bought a mainstream router you can find support for it at the company support website.

The same device that the subject of this thread indicates. Palm TX, and you provided via dropbox the tx upgrader which I have installed and used to create the personal and enterprise security update. My tx connects to my netgear router with the update but cannot surf. I have tried slowing down the mps mode to 54 and have even tried changing the guest to wep just to see if it will allow surfing. Nothing is. This is what happens on the device:  It connects but blazer does not surf nor can i download mail. Blazer, when I open it, connects wifi, starts working as if it is going to download the home page, which is google. Progress arrows at upper right of blazer screen keep spinning with no end. Versa mail shows it is connected to router and getting mail message starts immediately and finally times out. I have verified versamail server settings with google. All settings are correct. I have also tried to surf other websites in blazer, nothing will load. My wifi indicator says the signal is strong and that I am connected to netgear router 2.4ghz b,g,n backwards compatibility. WPA2-PSK [AES] TX does connect at 130mps as well. router is  netgear WNDR3800CH
