Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi, my Windows 10 computer suddenly would not open Palm Desktop 6.2.2, so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it.  However, it only lets me open the media file -- not contacts, calendar or memos.  When I go to startup application in options, it doesn't allow me to select anything but media.

I uninstalled and reinstalled twice.  Any suggestions for a fix?

Okay, with some searching, I found that others had the same issue and the solution was to go to the Compatability tab in Properties, by right-clicking on Palm.exe (or the shortcut to Palm) and then checking "Run as Administrator."

The only issue is that before Palm Desktop opens, the anti-virus asks if I want Palm to make changes to this computer, and I have to check "yes" before proceeding.  I'll call Norton to see how I can eliminate this question each time.

I get the same message without Norton.  I simply check "Yes" each time I use Desktop.
