Product: palm111xe
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently got a new computer with windows 10.  My old palm 111 program and all old data was installed on the computer.  A serial port was added to the computer to accomodate Palm syncing.  When I try to sync,the system appears to operate successfully (The sync window appears on the desktop and the handheld,all operations seem to run thru, the log appears indicating that all operations areOK , etc) but the new info. that was put on the handheld does not transfer to the desktop.  To add to the problem, I'm a computer novice!  I love my Palm 111 and am desperate for HELP.  Thanks
