Hello everyone,
I have troubles to connect Poly Phones (CCX505) to Poly Lens via code function.
I tried to follow the instruction with creating a file and import it via the device page.
But I the cloud status stays offline.
Is that a normal problem?

I added a troubleshooting section in the end but I suggest you provide details like the currently used software version and the provider the phone uses to any post.
