With the recent change from PDMS-SP to ZTP that happen last week I now find myself unable to see the online status of any of my ATA devices (Obi 302 and Poly 402) or control them in any way. I see an error that cloud is not available, and all of the options are greyed out. Is there something that I need to change for this to work? Has anyone else had this issue and figured out how to resolve this? I have fixed my profiles to ensure that I get my provisioning URL set correctly and confirmed that the event shows up so I do know that the unit is talking to the server correctly.
