Hi everyone,


Two questions:
. I am unable to find the Poly Edge phones Background Image Setup via Lens while setting up them as Teams SIP Gateway phones.  I can only find the way to set up new background image through individual phone web page.

.Is any way to set up the new connected Poly phones to be assigned to proper device group and device model?
 While connecting the Poly phones to the office network, I have to manually assign the phones to proper device groups, e.g. I have to select edge 100 phones via Lens and assign them to Device group e.g. Test> Device model Edge E100, screen shot below.

Welcome back to the HP Poly community.

 

Poly Lens has an extensive help section that can be consulted. Some features may depend on the additional service that you are using.

 

I am pretty sure that our Partner Microsoft sets a background for the phones in use.

 

The Lens Help has >this< for how to Configure Custom Background Image for the Display on Voice Devices

 

In regards to setting phones to a specific Policy/Group etc. please make yourself familiar with the import section >here<

 

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
